Dr. James G. O'Reilly was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He grew up in a large family and has four brothers and four sisters. He graduated from Canfield High School with honors, while having Varsity letters in football and wrestling. He continued his education at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH where he studied Biology and was a varsity member of the cross country team.
He graduated from Youngstown State University with a major in Biology and minors in both Chemistry and Physics. Dr. O'Reilly then attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO where he graduated with his doctorate in chiropractic. He has practiced in Ohio since 2001. Dr. O'Reilly practices with the goal to eliminate the patient's pain and then to keep the patient healthy through nutrition, exercise, and chiropractic, so that you just don't feel better, but you are better permanently because you are healthy. Staying healthy allows the patient to achieve all of the goals that are important to them.

Dr. Katie Holland was raised in Wooster, OH. She graduated from Wooster High School where she lettered in both volleyball and swimming. Dr. Holland continued her education at Butler University, in Indianapolis, IN where she majored in Biology/Pre-Med. Upon graduation, she began her chiropractic studies at Sherman College, in Spartanburg, SC. She was the president of the Chiropractic BioPhysics club, a marathon runner, and participated in the Team In Training Triathlon in support of the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. Upon receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, she obtained her Ohio State Chiropractic license in 2005. Dr. Holland began in private practice in Canton, OH. Dr. Holland was also a professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Stark State College.
While providing excellent care, Dr. Holland emphasizes the importance of listening to her patients and identifying with their goals and expectations. She finds that working with the individual to improve their function is of top priority. She utilizes gentle and effective techniques that bring about results quickly. Dr. Holland is an avid runner and has enjoyed teaching yoga for six years. She has two lovely daughters, Isabelle and Laynee.

Dr. Lisa Isphording is originally from South Carolina. Her family moved to Wyoming when she was young so she spent most of her childhood camping, floating rivers and riding horses. Her mother was a chiropractic advocate and Dr. Isphording has been a recipient of chiropractic care since early childhood. She was a high school honor student then attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL, where she studied marine biology. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, GA in 1997. While attending chiropractic college, she also held a full-time job. In addition to her doctorate, she has a Bachelor of Science degree from Regents College in NY. For the last 13 years, she has practiced in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida and more recently in Ohio and Michigan. For the last seven years in Florida, her main focus was on the care and rehabilitation of auto accident and work injury victims. While in Florida, she was a successful business owner, a hard-working single mother and a Tae Kwon Do enthusiast, earning her black belt in 2005. She is a big proponent of total body wellness, incorporating exercise and nutrition into the healing process. In her spare time, Dr. Lisa Isphording can be found playing in the mud with her Jeep or hitting the open road on a Harley Davidson.

Dr. Jamie Yaich is a 2002 graduate of Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, California. She is originally from Tarentum, Pennsylvania where she returned, upon completion of chiropractic college to raise her younger sister. Dr. Yaich then opened a small private practice in Natrona Heights, Pa where she practiced for 5yrs. focusing on muscle balancing, nutrition and total body wellness.
Dr. Yaich graduated from Highlands High School, in Natrona Heights, PA., in 1992 with Honors. After high school she completed a 4yr. Bachelors Degree program at the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated in 1996.
During her studies in chiropractic college, she completed certification in Applied Kinesiology and Applied Clinical Nutrition, which has remained a passion and focus of her private practice through it's completion in August, 2009. Dr. Yaich enjoys teaching people ways they can modify their lifestyles to achieve a healthier, happier life with less pain.

Dr. Naomi Saltes graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City Missouri in 2004. She is originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and graduated from the University of Windsor with Bachelors degrees in Biological Science, Political Science, and a minor in Biochemistry. During her tenure at the University of Windsor, Dr. Saltes served as an Officer in the Canadian Naval Reserve, and obtained her Masters in Minor Waters Certificate from the Canadian Coast Guard. Dr. Saltes Captained a sight-seeing/cruise ship on the Detroit River following her service with the Canadian Navy and prior to graduation from the University of Windsor.
During Chiropractic studies, Dr. Saltes was a teacher¡¯s assistant in neurology, endocrinology, neurophysiology and spinal anatomy. Dr. Saltes graduated in the spring of 2004 and went to work in Queensland Australia, focusing on adjusting therapies and neuro-emotional techniques in order to encourage mind -body wellness of her patients. Dr. Saltes has also practiced in Columbus Ohio, St. Paul, Minnesota, Toledo Ohio, and Lakewood Ohio.

DR. MATTHEW MARTIN

Dr. Matthew Martin is a 2010 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio where he attended St. Peter Chanel High School. Dr. Martin went on to receive a baseball scholarship from the University of Rio Grande where he received All-American honors as a shortstop. While at URG he received a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Exercise Science and Biology. He then continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, while there Dr. Martin turned his focus to evidenced based diagnosis and treatment protocols. Upon graduation from PCCF Dr. Martin completed an internship under the direction of Dr. Ian Paskowski, Medical Director of Jordan Spine Care, at Jordan Hospital in Plymouth, MA.
Dr. Martin is a firm believer of patient centered care and uses the most up-to-date scientific literature to the best of his ability to provide quality care to his patients.

DR. ALLEN HOOVER

Originally from Champion, OH, Dr. Hoover attended Warren JFK high school where he envisioned himself in a career that would enable him to treat patients in a proactive wellness based style. This inexorably led him to a career as a Chiropractic Physician. With this goal in mind, Dr. Hoover turned down the opportunity to play baseball at smaller schools and focused himself academically, attending Wright State University. While in Dayton, he spent two years as a community advisor where he learned to work with residents and helped them work with each other toward conflict resolution and community building. He received his Biological Sciences degree in 2007. Eager to continue on the path to Chiropractic he immediately moved to Lombard, IL to attend National University of Health Sciences where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2010. During his education, Dr. Hoover spent his time out of the classroom gaining experience in rehabilitation and a family medicine chiropractic practices. This helped solidify his commitment to wellness and evidence based practice while diversifying his repertoire of healing techniques within the profession.

DR. KEVIN SWEENEY

Dr. Kevin Sweeney was born in Tiffin, Ohio. He attended Columbian High School where he lettered in football and track. After graduating high school, he relocated to the St. Louis area and became a licensed air traffic controller and a pilot. Dr. Sweeney later returned to his home town to take over a 3rd generation jewelry business. He attended school to learn the skills of diamond setting and gold smithing and obtained a certificate in diamonds from the Gemological Institution of America. Dr. Sweeney is also an advanced open water certified scuba diver through PADI.
Dr. Sweeney¡¯s career direction changed when he developed severe pain in his mid back, which became debilitating. While on a snow skiing vacation, the severe pain returned during a stretching session and he had to be transported to the hospital by ambulance. When he returned home, he spoke to a chiropractor who assessed the problem and began treatment. Within a short time, he was pain free. It was then that he decided to attend Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia so that he could share chiropractic care with others. He graduated with his doctorate of chiropractic degree in 1996. He later became certified in non-surgical disc decompression. He obtained continuing education credits in the treatment of auto accident patients and is a certified Worker¡¯s Compensation provider for the state of Ohio. Additional advanced training was obtained in the assessment of balance disorders by implementing the use of highly technical testing and rehabilitation equipment. He is also certified in digital motion x-ray. Dr. Sweeney has owned and operated several clinics in Ohio, providing the benefits of chiropractic care to many patients.

PERSONAL:
Dr. Joint was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. She graduated from General McLane High School, with honors. She continued her education at Penn State University, where she majored in biochemistry, then attended Edinboro University, graduating with a bachelors degree in biology. Following her bachelors, Dr. Joint attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Port Orange, Florida, where she was a member of several clubs, and editor-in-chief of the school newspaper, the Palmer Triune. After graduating she attained her Pennsylvania State Chiropractic License and practiced primarily focusing on workers compensation and medical case management.
