Dr. Sinoff was born and raised in South Africa. He was awarded his medical degree in 1973. Having completed additional training Dr. Sinoff became board certified in Internal Medicine and subsequently Medical Oncology in South Africa. Medical education and training in South Africa is noted for its clinical emphasis. After moving to Canada in 1987 he completed his Canadian board certification in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. Dr. Sinoff settled in Cleveland in 1995, and since 2002 has devoted his practice to helping patients with pain. His focus recently has been on Prolotherapy and Laser Therapy, both non-invasive treatments, which have been shown to cause healing of damaged tissues, even after years of pain. He is known as a warm and compassionate clinician.

Dr. Robert George is a native Clevelander. He graduated from Collinwood High School and Western Reserve University. He also received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve Medical School. Dr. George has served southwest greater Cleveland communities for over forty years as a General Practitioner. He was also the Medical Director at Union Carbide Research Laboratories, in Parma Ohio. He is a former Medical Director for Occupational Health Services at Parma Community General Hospital and Elyria Memorial Hospital. Dr. George is also a Medical Staff member of Parma Community General Hospital and Community Health Partners (Lorain Community Hospitals). Dr. George’s wife, Christine, is a Trustee of Parma Community General Hospital Foundation. For recreation Dr. George sings in the Tower City Chorus of the Barbershop Harmony Society.

DR. MARYANNE OLYNYK, M.S., M.D.

Dr. Olynyk grew up in North Ridgeville, Ohio. She graduated from North Ridgeville High School and Cleveland State University, when she earned a B.S in Biology, and an M.S in Regulatory Biology. She worked in the Research Division of the Cleveland Clinic, in the Department of Lipids and Lipoproteins, before attending medical school at the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
She did an Internship in Family Medicine at Fairview Hospital, and a Residency in Environmental and Occupational Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. She was a plant physician at the Daimler Chrysler Toledo North Assembly plant, where the Jeep Liberty and Wrangler are built. Most recently she served as the Medical Director at the General Motors Lordstown Complex near Youngstown, where the Chevy Cruze is made.
She was married to Dr. Paul Olynyk, a chemistry professor at Cleveland State University, for many years. She has two children; John, who is an Aeronautical engineer in Connecticut; and Sarah, an aspiring opera singer, currently a vocalist and church cantor in New Jersey. Her hobbies are gardening and making jewelry.
