I was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. I am the youngest out of three children and the only girl.
I graduated from John Marshall high school. During high school I was very much involved in drama classes, the multi-cultural club, and the mentoring program where we would volunteer our time and services to different charities especially the Special Olympics. I attended Sanford Brown Institute for Advanced Massage Therapy classes and graduated in June 2007. There I was introduced to numerous massage techniques and other healing modalities. The modalities that stood out the most was Crystal Therapy, deep tissue work, and the over all healing process of the human body. I started my career as a Massage Therapist at a chiropractors, then wanted to see what life was like in a spa setting. I have worked in a spa and decided that I truly enjoy the "art of healing" so I decided to go back into a clinical setting. In April of 2009 I became certified in Clinical Sports Massage. I love the fact that a person can come in hurting and walk out feeling better. This only makes my heart grow fonder for my career knowing that I helped in the healing process!
When I am not working, I spend all my time with my three children.. My oldest son plays sports, so I am always on the sideline to help the boys that get injured get back on the field! I enjoy watching movies, playing games, reading, and cooking with my kids. I like to cook, read, write poetry, and watch movies when I have time to myself. I am a family oriented person, and most of my friends become my family.
