DR. AMY BORDERS
Euclid Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Center
Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Amy Borders is a 2004 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences, in Lombard, IL. She is originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada where she attended F.J. Brennan Catholic High School and graduated with honors. While in high school she participated in volleyball, soccer, track and field and cross-country and was also an active member of Student Council. Dr. Borders completed her undergraduate work at the University of Windsor where she attained a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics and volunteered at the University's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.
While at NUHS, Dr. Borders was an active member of student council, Vice President of the Lambda Chi Sorority, soccer coach, and teaching assistant in the departments of anatomy and chiropractic technique. She completed her internship under Dr. Leroy Mathews at Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center with a focus on primary care. Being the patient's only access to health care, Dr. Borders both diagnosed and treated all types of Musculoskeletal injuries as well as clinical diagnosis of various illnesses. Her experience in this type of clinical setting has taught her that taking a complete and thorough patient history, and performing a detailed and structured physical examination is the key to initiating good patient relationships.
After receiving her Ohio State license, Dr. Borders worked in an office in Mayfield Heights, OH and then joined the Euclid Chiropractic office in October 2006.

DR. TIMOTHY T. MOORE

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Timothy T. Moore was born and raised in Centerville, Ohio. He graduated from Centerville High School in with honors, while having a varsity letter in both tennis and diving. He continued his education at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, where he majored in biology and minored in chemistry. He then graduated with a bachelors degree in biology. Dr. Moore then attended the National College of Chiropractic, now know as the National University of Health Sciences. He attained his second bachelors degree in human biology, and ultimately graduated, as salutatorian of his class, magna cum laude with a doctorate in chiropractic. After graduating, he received his Ohio State Chiropractic License and began practicing at Euclid Chiropractic and Therapy Center in Euclid, Ohio.
With the utmost concern and compassion for his patients, Dr. Moore strives to provide excellent care as well as proper management of his patients injuries. He utilizes his expertise in chiropractic therapy, manipulation, and rehabilitation, in order to return his patients to optimal health. Dr. Moore is educated and experienced in rehabilitation and physical therapy, x-ray diagnosis, nutrition, as well as pediatric chiropractic therapy. Dr. Moore is certified in workers compensation, and specializes in work and automobile injuries.

DR. JAMES G. O'REILLY

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. James G. O'Reilly was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He grew up in a large family and has four brothers and four sisters. He graduated from Canfield High School with honors, while having Varsity letters in football and wrestling. He continued his education at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH where he studied Biology and was a varsity member of the cross country team.
He graduated from Youngstown State University with a major in Biology and minors in both Chemistry and Physics. Dr. O'Reilly then attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO where he graduated with his doctorate in chiropractic. He has practiced in Ohio since 2001. Dr. O'Reilly practices with the goal to eliminate the patient's pain and then to keep the patient healthy through nutrition, exercise, and chiropractic, so that you just don't feel better, but you are better permanently because you are healthy. Staying healthy allows the patient to achieve all of the goals that are important to them.

DR. AMAR SIDHU

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Amar Siduh is a 2005 graduate of Western States Chiropractic College, in Portland, Oregon. She attended workshops and seminars throughout school including Myokinetic therapy, Orthotics, Soft tissue therapy and Minor surgery workshops and Annual Symposiums. During her final year at Western States she completed her internship with Dr. Roberts in the outpatient clinic and at the West Burnside Clinic where lower income families were treated.
Dr. Sidhu worked as an Associate in Portland, Oregon after receiving her Oregon State license. Dr. Sidhu treated patients of all ages including geriatric and pediatric patients. She conducted posture correction through heel lifts and orthotics. Her experience and outcome with patients has taught her the importance of educating patients on rehabilitation, exercise, proper posture techniques, ergonomics and nutrition in order to reach optimal patient care.
She moved to Portland from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada where she went to Tamanawis Secondary School. She then attended Simon Fraser University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiolgy. During this time she volunteered at Peace Arch Hospital's Elder Health Out-patient Programs and Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.

DR. JUSTIN C. WIRICK

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Justin C. Wirick is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. While at NUHS, he served as class vice president, was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma fraternity, and worked as a teaching assistant in the chiropractic technique courses. He was awarded Dean's List and the Gear scholarship as a student in the doctor of chiropractic curriculum. While completing his clinical requirements, Dr. Wirick worked as a chiropractic assistant for Dr. Richard Dietzen of Montrose Chiropractic Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Wirick fulfilled his clinical requirements at Chicago General Health Services, under the direction of Dr. David Parish.
In addition to a Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Wirick also earned a degree of Bachelor of Science from the National University of Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, where he attended undergraduate studies. He is also certified in kinesiotaping, a method of correctional taping that aids in the function of muscles that have been injured or are not working properly due to postural defects. With this technique, he has treated conditions ranging from muscle sprains to migraine headaches. He has also participated in the 100-hour Applied Kinesiology course while attending NUHS.
Dr. Wirick grew up in Canton, Ohio with his mother and two brothers. He attended Perry High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society, as well as a member of the Perry football and track and field teams. His older brother, Nathan, is a graduate of the Ohio State University Pharmacy-Doctorate program, and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. His youngerbrother, Adam, is currently pursuing his master's degree at Ashland University in order to become a high school teacher.

DR. DANIEL E. LARA

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Daniel E. Lara is a 2008 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic located in Dallas, TX. He completed his undergraduate work at Miami University and then Ohio State University, Dr. Lara is still a loyal Buckeye fan. While attending Miami and OSU he made the deans list each year and was nominated for Who's Who Along with his doctorate degree he also earned a bachelor of science in health and wellness.
Dr. Lara grew up in Ashtabula, OH and went to Ashtabula Lakeside High School where he graduated with honors. While in high school he lettered in football, baseball, and track and also participated in basketball. In 2002 he was featured as one of the 50 most interesting people in Ashtabula.
While in Dallas, Dr. Lara worked as an intern in the outpatient clinic under Dr. Eric Pearce. He treated many different conditions including low back and leg pain due to bulging and herniated discs. Dr. Lara is very interested in Nutrition and active rehabilitation to provide the optimal care for his patients.

DR. KEVIN WHELCHEL

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Kevin Whelchel is a graduate of Texas College of Chiropractic in Pasadena, Texas. While at TCC., he was a member of the omega psi honor society, graduated fourth in his class and was on the Deans list for academic excellence. Dr. Whelchel practiced in the UK (England), Hawaii (Maui and Lanii), and Colorado (Aspen). He worked as a chiropractic assistant for Dr. William Summers of Andrews Chiropractic Center, Texas. Dr. Whelchel is currently licensed to practice as a Chiropractic Physician in Hawaii, Colorado and Ohio. While practicing in Hawaii, he would make a 18-mile ferry ride from Maui to the Island of Lanii in order to treat patients who were not physically able to receive care at the clinic in Maui.
In addition, Dr. Whelchel is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) for Spinal, Upper extremity and lower extremity. ART is a method which is performed to address overused Muscle tendons, tendentious, sprainstrains, tight muscles, stiff neck and scar tissue. In 2007 at Kona Hawaii, he was a certified IronMan healthcare physician, where he treated many of the world class IronMan Triathletes. He is trained to treat from the professional athlete to the everyday patient. One of the doctors greatest asset is the ability to understand the mechanism of injury and how to make the appropriate treatment plan for the betterment of the patient.
Dr. Whelcel grew up in central Texas, before moving to England. While in Texas, he was a professional ATV racer. He played varsity tennis and was going to turn pro, but fell in love with racing. In Hawaii, Dr. Whelchel enjoyed surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving, kayaking, cliff jumping, road biking, mountain biking and for relaxation . . . sailing. He is an avid sailor who sailed parts of the Pacific ocean, Gulf of Mexico, Hawaiian Islands and now looks forward to exploring the Great Lakes. His love for snow skiing, led him to Aspen Colorado, where he skied some of the most pristine and gorgeous mountains in the U.S.

DR. BLAKE DUGGER

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Blake Dugger is a 2000 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He is originally from the small rural town of Jerseyville, Illinois where he graduated from Jersey Community High School in 1988. In high school he was a participant in soccer, cross country, wrestling, basketball, and track and field. He was also a member of the marching band and jazz band, playing the trumpet. Dr. Dugger’s passion was in his extracurricular activities where he excelled as a martial artist in Tae Kwon Do. After high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he stayed for the next eight years. During this time he served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm in 1990 & 1991, where in addition to his regular duties he took the time to continue instructing Tae Kwon Do to his fellow service members. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force he worked with the Greene County EMS on the ambulance crew and finished his undergraduate studies. After completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2000, Dr. Dugger went back to his hometown and opened up his private practice focusing on all issues of wellness. His main interest was the injured athlete. In 2003 Dr. Dugger completed his post-doctoral studies in sports injury and rehabilitation and was board certified as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP). He continued practicing in Jerseyville until October 2009 when he received his Ohio State license. After receiving his Ohio State license in October 2009 he joined the Euclid Chiropractic Office.

DR. JAMIE YAICH

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Jamie Yaich is a 2002 graduate of Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, California. She is originally from Tarentum, Pennsylvania where she returned, upon completion of chiropractic college to raise her younger sister. Dr. Yaich then opened a small private practice in Natrona Heights, Pa where she practiced for 5yrs. focusing on muscle balancing, nutrition and total body wellness.
Dr. Yaich graduated from Highlands High School, in Natrona Heights, PA., in 1992 with Honors. After high school she completed a 4yr. Bachelors Degree program at the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated in 1996.
During her studies in chiropractic college, she completed certification in Applied Kinesiology and Applied Clinical Nutrition, which has remained a passion and focus of her private practice thru it¡¯s completion in August, 2009. Dr. Yaich enjoys teaching people ways they can modify their lifestyles to achieve a healthier, happier life with less pain.

DR. NAOMI SALTES

Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. Naomi Saltes graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City Missouri in 2004. She is originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and graduated from the University of Windsor with Bachelors degrees in Biological Science, Political Science, and a minor in Biochemistry. During her tenure at the University of Windsor, Dr. Saltes served as an Officer in the Canadian Naval Reserve, and obtained her Masters in Minor Waters Certificate from the Canadian Coast Guard. Dr. Saltes Captained a sight-seeing/cruise ship on the Detroit River following her service with the Canadian Navy and prior to graduation from the University of Windsor.
During Chiropractic studies, Dr. Saltes was a teacher's assistant in neurology, endocrinology, neurophysiology and spinal anatomy. Dr. Saltes graduated in the spring of 2004 and went to work in Queensland Australia, focusing on adjusting therapies and neuro-emotional techniques in order to encourage mind -body wellness of her patients. Dr. Saltes has also practiced in Columbus Ohio, St. Paul, Minnesota, Toledo Ohio, and Lakewood Ohio.

DR. JAMES ALBERTY
Euclid Chiropractic and Therapy Center
Ohio Licensed & Bureau of Workers Compensation Certified, Dr. James R. Alberty is a native of Augusta, GA. He comes from a very tight-knit family where he was the middle child of three sons, with each being five years apart in age. He developed a strong love for the healing profession at a young age. He attended A. R. Johnson Health-Science and Engineering Magnet High School, which was ranked number two in the state of Georgia for academic prowess. It was here that he rotated at the Medical College of Georgia through a variety of medical specialties. This experience contributed greatly to his commitment of becoming a chiropractic physician. He graduated from high school with full academic scholarships to college.
After high school, Dr. Alberty attended Fort Valley State University where he majored in biological science. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in 2002, determined and steadfast, he embarked upon the pursuit of his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. While matriculating through Life University, Dr. Alberty successfully earned his certification in Physiological Therapeutics and worked extensively on his Certified Chiropractic Extremity Physician (C.C.E.P) certification. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in March of 2007.
After completing a rigorous and intense program at Life University, Dr. Alberty began his chiropractic career at Gifted Hands Chiropractic and Wellness Clinic. As the lead Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Alberty enjoyed a lively and successful practice in Atlanta, Georgia for more than two years. He closed the doors to his Georgia practice in quest of a rare and exceptional opportunity in the state of Ohio.
Dr. Alberty has relocated to Cleveland, Ohio to provide the highest quality professional chiropractic care possible to patients he is privileged and honored to serve.
